What is Gala?

Gala is Dads' Club's premier fundraising event of the year. The event accounts for approximately eighty percent of the funds raised by Dads' Club throughout a school year. From Live Auction, Silent Auction, Tuition Pool, Sponsorships, Hall of Fame, to the hundreds of hours volunteered by our families, Gala brings some of the best St. Monica's Community represents. Dinner. Drinks. Dancing. Free valet. 100+ silent auction items. 10+ live auction items. Live Music.

Who can attend Gala?

Parents, Grandparents, Extended Family, Faculty, Staff, Parishioners, Alumni, Sponsors -- You are all welcome!  

This is strictly an adults-only event. 

When is GameDay Gala?

The Gala is Saturday, April 20th. 7:00pm - 12:00am. Doors and registration open at 7:00. Dinner and bars open at 7:30.

I won’t be able to attend. Can I still bid on silent auction items?

Yes! Our silent auction will be open from 9:00a on 4/19 through Saturday 4/20 at 11:00p. Register here, get your bidder number and join the fun!

What time will the silent auction close?

The silent auction will close at 11:00p on 4/20

Where is GameDay Gala?

Gala will be held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington. 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011

How do I get there?

Transportation to the event will be provided (see below). Valet onsite will also be available. We strongly encourage you to consider using ride share to get to and from this venue.

Where do I park?

Parking is available in Blue Lots 10 and 1.

Will there be buses?

Complimentary buses will be running between Lowe’s, The Arlington Sheraton, and AT&T Stadium from 7:00p through 11:45p.

Buses enroute to AT&T Stadium will depart and return to the St. Monica School parking lot (Family Center side by the football field) at the following times:

7:00

How do I get home?

We strongly encourage you to consider using ride share to get to and from this venue. Buses enroute back to St. Monica at the close of the event will depart from AT&T Stadium Blue Lot 10, Main Club Entrance at the following times:

11:30

11:45

11:45 (will drop off at after party before heading back to SMS)

*Seat availability is based on bus capacity limits and response, seats are not guaranteed. We suggest arriving early, at least 15 mins before departure times to get your bus seat.

What do I wear?

Wear your best GameDay attire! Your favorite player’s jersey, your favorite team’s t-shirt, or your team’s favorite colors. We made a video that might help you decide. Check it out here!

Will food be served?

Yes! We will have a full buffet dinner starting at 7:30.
